Job Description
- We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Escalation Executive to handle escalated customer concerns over the phone, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns over phone calls.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with branch and internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers with patience and professionalism.
- Escalate complex or critical cases to the Branch Manager or concerned department.
- Ensure timely closure of customer escalations.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with management.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
