Hiring: Customer Query Handler



📍 Location: Thane

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities



- Handle customer queries professionally over calls, chat, or email.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

- Maintain a polite and professional approach while interacting with customers.

- Escalate complex queries to the concerned department.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain proper records.
