Job Description
We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives / Customer Service Representatives for our International BPO – US Process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle international customers through voice calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Pitch products/services and convert calls into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper call quality and follow process guidelines.
- Handle customer information and process details accurately.
Eligibility:
- HSC Pass candidates can apply; Graduation is not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with 8+ months of International BPO experience are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and sales/pitching skills.
- Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days
