Job Description
This is customer service or customer care executive profile inbound process
1- Resolve the customer quires on call or chat
2- Daily handle the call 80 to 120 calls
3-Handle calls/chats/emails from merchants and customers.
4-Understand and resolve payment-related queries.
5-Assist with POS machine/device issues.
6-Handle queries related to UPI, card transactions, QR and Soundbox.
7-Check transaction/settlement-related issues.
8-Raise and track support tickets.
9-Handle complaints and follow the proper escalation process.
10-Coordinate with technical/operations teams when an issue cannot be resolved at first level.
