Job Description
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary: 2.5 LPA – 4 LPA (depending on experience and communication skills)
Working Hours: Rotational shifts
Weekly Off: Rotational
Primary Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and follow up on outstanding dues through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Update customer records and track collection progress.
• Coordinate with the collections team to achieve recovery targets.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
.
