Job Description
ROLE: Customer Support Executive
Process: Banking - Inbound Customer Support
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
💰 Salary:
• ₹20,000 In-Hand
• ₹24,000 CTC
⏰ Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Fixed
📅 Working Days: 6 Days
🛑 Sunday Fixed Off
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound customer calls
✅ Resolve customer queries and concerns
✅ Provide product-related information
✅ Maintain records and documentation
✅ Escalate critical cases when required
✅ Achieve customer satisfaction & quality metrics
🔹 Eligibility
🎓 Graduate in any stream
💼 Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support or any domain - Documented experience in any domain
🗣️ Excellent English communication skills mandatory
📍 Willingness to work from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
