Designation :- Customer Support Executive


*Key Responsibilities*


Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.


Resolve customer queries and service requests related to Yes Bank products.


Manage escalation calls with patience and professionalism.


Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.


Maintain call quality, compliance, and service standards.


Ensure timely follow-up and closure of escalated cases.



Requirements


- Good typing speed and accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- Graduation is Mandatory


Work Schedule


Shift Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Week off - 2nd & 4th saturday off, and sunday fixed off
