Job Description
Position: Customer Support executive
Process: – Inbound Process (Banking process)
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary:
• ₹20,000 In-Hand
• ₹24,000 CTC
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days, Sunday Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries and concerns to provide product-related information
• Maintain records and documentation
• Achieve customer satisfaction & quality metrics
Eligibility:
• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support or any domain
• Good English communication skills mandatory
