 *Job Title:* FCU Executive – Fraud Containment Unit

 *Location* : Airoli, Mumbai

 *Salary* : Up to ₹32,000 Gross per month

 *Shift Timing* : Day Rotational Shifts

 *Weekly Off* : One Rotational Week Off

 *CIBIL Score*: Minimum 700 (Mandatory)

 *Roles & Responsibilities* :

- Handle inbound customer calls related to fraudulent transactions and suspicious banking activities.

- Assist customers with fraud-related queries, complaints, and concerns.

- Identify and report suspicious transactions in accordance with banking procedures.

- Coordinate with relevant internal departments for fraud investigation and containment.

- Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of fraud-related cases.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.

- Adhere to the bank's policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.

 *Eligibility Criteria:* 

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Prior experience in banking, customer service, fraud management, or voice processes will be preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of banking operations and computer applications.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

- CIBIL score of 700 or above is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable working in day rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
