Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive - Voice process
Process: Inbound Banking Process
Job Location: MBP, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
IMMEDIATE JOINER ONLY
- Salary
- In-Hand Salary: ₹21,000 ,CTC: ₹25,000
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers with information requests and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Escalate critical issues whenever required.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support or any other domain (Offer letter, payslips, experience letter is must)
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Skills Required Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Basic to Average computer proficiency
