Hiring | International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support Team for a leading Money Transfer Process.
📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-hand
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries from international clients
- Ensure first-call resolution and excellent customer experience
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and offers
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Meet customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Eligibility:
- HSC/Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of International BPO experience
- Experience in International Voice/Customer Support is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
Shift Details: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
2 Rotational Weekly Offs
