Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Shifting to Juinagar)
- 💼 Job RoleHandle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Generate leads and interact with customers
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Maintain and update customer records
- Provide a good customer experience
- 🎓 EligibilityGraduate Freshers – Eligible
- 10th + Diploma – Eligible
- 12th + Diploma – Eligible
- HSC + 1 Year Experience – Eligible
- HSC Freshers – Not Eligible
- 💰 SalaryFreshers: ₹2.20 – ₹2.45 LPA
- In-hand: ₹15,328 – ₹16,844/month
- Experienced: Up to ₹3.15 LPA
- In-hand: Up to ₹24,700/month
- PF applicable as per salary structure
- 🕘 Working HoursAny 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Week Off
- No Night Shifts
- ✅ RequirementsGood communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
