Job Description
Digital Marketing ExecutiveCompany: GharApna Management Services
Role: Digital Marketing Executive
Primary Focus: Google Business Profile & Local SEO
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all GharApna PG properties.
- Improve Google Maps ranking for location-based PG keywords.
- Regularly update business information, photos, videos, amenities and services.
- Create and publish regular Google Business Profile posts.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews professionally.
- Identify and correct duplicate, incorrect or inactive Google listings.
- Conduct local keyword and competitor research.
- Build and maintain local citations and directory listings.
- Support website SEO, including location pages, blogs, meta titles and descriptions.
- Track Google profile views, calls, website clicks, reviews and enquiries.
- Prepare a simple weekly/monthly performance report.
- Coordinate with the sales and property teams to generate more qualified PG enquiries.

- Good communication and content-writing skills
Main KPIIncrease GharApna's Google Maps visibility, genuine reviews, calls, website visits and qualified PG enquiries across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred, especially in Local SEO, Google Business Profile, real estate, PG, hostel, hotel or similar local businesses.
