Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.
  • Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, grooming, and discipline at the site.
  • Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.
  • Check cleaning quality and ensure proper use of chemicals and machines.
  • Maintain housekeeping materials, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle client/site requirements and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
  • Prepare daily reports and provide regular updates to the management.
  • Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and company standards.
