Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in Payroll, HR MIS/Reports, Recruitment, and Advanced Excel. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR operations and preparing accurate HR reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave and salary inputs.
  • Prepare HR MIS, payroll reports and management reports.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage joining, onboarding, employee data and exit formalities.
  • Prepare and analyse HR data using Advanced Excel.
  • Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related queries.
  • Support HR policies, compliance and day-to-day HR operations.
