Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 0–3 Years

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us build our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel and job portals.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Prior recruitment experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
