HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT domains such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineers for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineer, or other core industry sectors. This is a client-facing, high-volume hiring role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

• Understand client requirements (JD, skills, experience, salary budget) and source suitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, ApnaJob, Shine, Indeed, Linkedin), social media, references, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client HR/hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate pipeline on Oddo/Excel trackers
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions
• Follow up with candidates post-offer to ensure joining and reduce dropouts/no-shows
• Build and maintain a strong talent database for repeat and bulk hiring requirements
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets (number of interviews lined up, offers rolled out, joinings)
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, closures, and TAT (turnaround time) adherence
