Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Ecoinnomics Software's IT/software solutions.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings/demos.
Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Business Development and technical teams.
Maintain professional communication with prospects.
Requirements
1–3 years of telecalling, inside sales or telesales experience preferred.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in IT/software sales will be an advantage.
