Job SummaryWe are looking for an Insurance Executive to manage borrower insurance and employee insurance activities, including policy issuance, documentation, claims coordination, and renewals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle insurance policies for loan borrowers and company employees.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
• Manage borrower insurance coverage, including accidental death, permanent disability, partial disability, and critical illness, as applicable.
• Ensure timely issuance of insurance policies after loan disbursement.
• Maintain insurance records, policy documents, and premium details.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for claim processing and settlement.
• Assist borrowers and employees with insurance-related queries and claim documentation.
• Verify insurance premiums and maintain accurate MIS reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Accounts, and insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance-related procedures.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in an NBFC or banking sector.
• Knowledge of borrower insurance, group insurance, and claim processing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
