Job Description
Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Banking Process
Company: Suryoday Bank
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Payroll: Direct Bank Payroll
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA (depending on experience & communication skills)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational Week Off
Education: Graduate
Experience: Fresher and Experienced both can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional support for banking-related queries.
- Assist customers with account, transaction, banking products, and service-related queries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
- Follow standard BPO/customer service processes, call handling procedures, and escalation protocols.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Ensure proper communication, active listening, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Eligibility:
- Graduate candidates with good English communication and fluency.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to process requirements.
- Candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, or Odia can also apply.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills are preferred.
