Job Vacancy: Kitchen Supervisor

Location: Kabul Flames, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience, skills and performance)

Kabul Flames is looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management: Oversee all incoming orders, ensure timely preparation and dispatch, and coordinate with kitchen staff to avoid delays or order mix-ups.
• Kitchen Operations: Supervise daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth workflow across all kitchen sections.
• Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock, maintain inventory records, track consumption and ensure timely restocking.
• Staff Management: Manage kitchen staff, assign responsibilities and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Food Quality Control: Maintain consistency in food quality, portion sizes, hygiene and presentation.
• Order Coordination: Coordinate between the kitchen, billing counter and delivery platforms to ensure accurate order execution.
• Wastage Control: Monitor food wastage and ensure proper utilisation of ingredients.
• Hygiene & Safety: Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in kitchen supervision or restaurant operations.
• Good understanding of kitchen workflow and inventory management.
• Ability to manage staff and handle pressure during peak hours.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and capable of taking ownership of kitchen operations.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
