Lead Generation Specialist

Position: Lead Generation & Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, paid ads, social media, email campaigns, and other online channels.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Handle pre-sales activities, including lead qualification, requirement understanding, product/service presentation, and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems.
• Conduct market research and identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales pipeline, campaign performance, and conversions.

Required Skills

• Strong sales and lead-generation skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of pre-sales, lead qualification, and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve marketing performance.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Analytics, and marketing platforms is an advantage
