Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep the office clean and tidy.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Help with printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Move and lift materials as required.
- Travel to submit and collect materials sent for repair and maintenance.
- Coordinate local purchases of office materials and other items.
- Purchase and collect materials from local shops and suppliers.
- Deliver and collect documents as required.
- Help with loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain proper records of materials submitted for repair and collected after repair.
- Assist with other daily office work as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Should be honest, hardworking, and punctual.
- Should be physically fit to lift and move materials.
- Should be willing to travel for office work.
- Should be polite and well-behaved.
- Should be able to read basic English.
