Job Description
Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
Assist with banking, courier, and other official errands when needed.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, stationery, and other office essentials.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors for routine office requirements.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day operational activities.
