Job Description
- Handle client enquiries, calls and office visitors professionally.
- Client coordination, follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- English and Marathi typing and computer data entry.
- Drafting and formatting legal and property-related documents.
- Preparation of Agreements, Affidavits, Applications, Letters and other legal documents under guidance.
- MS Word, Excel, PDF editing, scanning and printing.
- Maintain client records, files and documentation.
- Coordinate with advocates and office staff for daily work.
- Candidate RequirementsGood English and Marathi typing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic Excel.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of legal/property documentation preferred.
- Good drafting and document formatting skills.
- Responsible, punctual and well-organised.
- Freshers with good computer skills may apply. Experienced candidates preferred.
