Job Description

The Pre-Sales Executive acts as the first point of contact for prospective property buyers.

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound queries from digital ads, portals, and WhatsApp, and make outbound calls to cold or warm prospects.
  • Requirement Gathering: Understand customer needs, preferred micro-locations, property type , budget, and purchase timeline.
  • Project Pitching: Explain project features, builder reputation, amenities, pricing, and basic payment plans clearly.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Schedule physical or virtual site visits and coordinate with field sales managers to ensure seamless client handovers.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call statuses, and follow-up dates in the CRM Software.
  • Follow-Ups:  Execute structured follow-up routines with prospects before and after scheduled site visits to maximize conversion rates
