Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities for QA executive - Factory role to manage the QA activities with the QA team.
- 1. Implement, monitor, and improve FSMS, SOPs, SSOPs, Quality Control Plans, HACCP Plan In-line QA documents and related documentation.
- 2. Conduct process evaluations, internal audits, and testing to meet food safety and legal requirements.
- 3. Review and maintain documents for RM, PM, FG specifications, GMP, COA, and audit reports.
- 4. Identify non-conformities, ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- 5. Develop new and improved quality procedures and ensure adherence on the shop floor.
- 6. Monitor External microbiology lab testing, sampling, and reporting as per internal procedures.
- 7. Oversee calibration of measuring and testing instruments.
- Vendor & Supplier Quality
- 8. Evaluate and audit suppliers/vendors to ensure raw material compliance as per the regulatory requirements.
- 9. Collaborate with the procurement team for vendor improvement
- Training & Development
- 10. Conduct FSMS and quality training for factory team, delivery team, retail team and QA staff.
- 11. Prepare training materials, conduct evaluations, and maintain records.
- Customer Complaints & RCA
- 12. Support customer service in handling and analyzing customer complaints.
- 13. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and prepare review reports.
- 14. Review complaint trends and prepare weekly/monthly QA dashboards.
- Reporting & KPI Monitoring
- 15. Track and report quality KPIs and food safety performance to top management.
- 16. Prepare data analysis and reports on product quality and system performance.
- Hub & Retail Outlet Visits for Audit
- 17. Travel occasionally for supplier audits, internal Hub/Retail audits, QA implementation, and training across locations.
- Travel: Some travel will be required within the region and nationally as per requirement.
- IT Skills : Basic computer skill of MS office is a must
- Language: Regional/ English and Hindi proficiency is required.
- Educational Requirement: B.SC in Food TechnologyB.Tech/B.E in Food TechnologyB.SC in Life Science, Microbiology, FisheriesPG and MSC in Food TechnologyM.Tech in Food TechnologyAny PG
