Reservation Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations through our online platforms, coordinating with hotel partners, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service in the travel and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations through the company’s OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
• Resolve booking-related issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system.
• Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.
• Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling services and upgrades to enhance revenue.

Requirements:

• Freshers with relevant skills and training are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), booking engines, or channel managers is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

·       Revenue target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving monthly individual and team

KPIs.  Work Schedule & Shift Details:

·       This role includes rotational shift timings, and candidates must be flexible as part of regular operations.

·       As per scheduling, Sunday or any designated holiday may be a working day (Work-from-Home) a compensatory leave will be provided accordingly.
