1. Kitchen StaffPosition: Kitchen Staff / Cook / Chef

Reports To: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation, cutting, cleaning, and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Follow food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures while handling kitchen equipment.
• Support other kitchen team members whenever required.
• RequirementsPrevious restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

2. Restaurant Service StaffPosition: Waiter / Steward / Service Staff

Department: Restaurant Service

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options to guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain the dining area.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• RequirementsPrevious restaurant/service experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
