Kabul Flames is looking for hardworking, skilled, and responsible staff to join our restaurant team in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

2. Chef Helper
3. Tandoor Cook

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Utility Staff

• Responsible for cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and utility tasks.
• Keep the kitchen organised and follow hygiene standards.

2. Chef Helper

• Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Help with cutting, chopping, marination, and other preparation work.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow the chef’s instructions.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

3. Tandoor Cook

• Experience handling a tandoor and preparing tandoori items.
• Knowledge of tandoor temperature, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
• Maintain consistency in food quality and cooking.
• Must be able to handle kitchen operations efficiently.

4. Waiter

• Take customer orders and serve food properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and table arrangements.
• Provide polite and professional customer service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

5. Steward

• Assist in daily restaurant service operations.
• Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organised.
• Help with food service, table setup, and clearing.
• Support the restaurant team during busy hours.

Duty Timings

• First Shift: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Break: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Second Shift: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary & Benefits

• Salary will be decided based on the position, skills, and experience.
