Retail Sales Executive

Tobby & Yuki is a growing pet lifestyle brand offering stylish and functional pet accessories, toys, treats and other pet products. We are expanding our retail presence across Mumbai and are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to help us grow.

What You’ll Do

• Visit pet stores, veterinary clinics, groomers, pet cafés, distributors and other pet businesses across Mumbai.
• Introduce and demonstrate Tobby & Yuki products to potential retailers.
• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into customers.
• Take orders from retailers and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Build strong relationships with pet-store owners and distributors.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Share product catalogues, pricing and new launches with customers.
• Identify new stores and sales opportunities within assigned areas.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, orders and follow-ups.
• Participate in pet exhibitions, events and promotional activities when required.
• Work towards monthly sales and new-store acquisition targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in pet products, FMCG, retail, veterinary products, distribution or field sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and selling skills can also apply.
• Comfortable travelling locally across Mumbai.
• Confident speaking with store owners and business customers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in pets and the pet industry is a big advantage.
