Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Documentation cum Sales Coordinator to handle import-export documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and day-to-day sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage import-export shipment documentation.

- Handle Delivery Order (DO) collection and shipping line documentation.

- Track shipments, vessel ETAs, and maintain shipment updates.

- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams.

- Handle customer enquiries through email and telephone.

- Assist in preparing freight quotations and follow up on submitted quotations.

- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and shipment details in Excel / Google Sheets.

- Ensure timely documentation, customer responses, and operational follow-ups.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and professional email drafting skills.

- Basic knowledge of import-export documentation and freight forwarding.

- Sales coordination and customer follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
