Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling client relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring overall team performance in the B2B sales process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of leads
• Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management
• Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions
• Train new team members on sales process and product knowledge
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
