Job Description

  1. Customer Support Executive – Job DescriptionHandle customer queries through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
  3. Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly communication style.
  4. Resolve complaints and service-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide information about products, services, orders, payments, and processes.
  6. Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service quality standards.
  7. Record customer interactions and update details accurately in the CRM/system.
  8. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
  9. Achieve assigned daily/weekly performance and productivity targets.
  10. Follow up with customers when required and ensure issues are properly closed within the given TAT.
