Social Media Manager

BYLAWS Legal LLP is a multidisciplinary law firm specialising in Corporate & Commercial Laws, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Regulatory Compliance, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution. We are seeking a creative, commercially oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen the firm's digital presence, professional reputation and brand visibility.

1. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy to enhance the firm's brand positioning and visibility.
2. Manage the firm's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.
3. Create engaging and professional content, including legal updates, regulatory insights, infographics, reels, videos and corporate announcements.
4. Design high-quality creatives and promotional materials consistent with the firm's brand identity.
5. Manage the firm's website content, SEO initiatives, Google Business Profile and overall digital presence.
6. Plan and execute organic social media campaigns to improve audience engagement, professional networking and prospective client visibility.
7. Coordinate with advocates, partners and external agencies to develop accurate, relevant and informative legal content.
8. Ensure that all digital content complies with applicable Bar Council of India rules governing advocate advertising, solicitation and professional conduct, subject to internal approval.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing or corporate communication.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools and AI-assisted content creation.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, social media analytics and content strategy.
• Excellent written English, creative thinking and professional communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -

• Consistency, quality and timeliness of social media content.
• Growth in relevant professional followers and audience engagement.
• Improvement in website visibility and organic traffic.
• Quality and reach of digital branding initiatives.
• Adherence to brand guidelines, factual accuracy and regulatory requirements.

ReportingThe selected candidate will report directly to the Vice president/Partner and coordinate with the firm's legal and business development teams.
