Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving growth through compelling content and strategic campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that align with brand voice and objectives
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting on social media ROI
- Collaborate with content creators and video editors to produce high-quality visual content
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and best practices
- Manage community building initiatives and foster audience relationships
