Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain and sell Home Credit's consumer finance and loan products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
  • Explain loan eligibility, tenure, documentation, and repayment process.
  • Follow up with customers regarding applications and pending documents.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic product-related concerns.
  • Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and disbursement.
  • Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
