A reliable supply chain is essential to delivering the right product at the right time. At Swift Technoplast, this role offers an opportunity to work closely with procurement, production, stores, quality and dispatch teams to keep materials moving and customer commitments on track.

We are looking for a practical, organised professional who can take ownership of material follow-ups, maintain accurate inventory records, identify potential delays and coordinate solutions across departments.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Executive will support material planning, inventory control, supplier coordination and order fulfilment. The role contributes to production continuity, timely deliveries, better stock utilisation and dependable customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor material requirements against production plans, orders and available stock.
• Follow up with suppliers and the Purchase team on pending materials and delivery schedules.
• Track inventory, stock discrepancies, shortages and excess materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Quality to ensure material readiness.
• Monitor order progress, dispatch schedules and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ERP or spreadsheet records and prepare regular reports.
• Identify supply risks, communicate delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support stock reconciliation and supplier delivery performance reviews.

Skills Required

• Material planning and supply chain coordination.
• Inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Supplier follow-up and professional communication.
• Production and dispatch coordination.
• Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Reporting, documentation and attention to detail.

Experience

2 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Candidates working as Supply Chain Executives, Materials Executives, Inventory Control Executives, Purchase and Stores Executives, or Logistics Coordinators may be suitable, depending on their responsibilities.
