Role Overview

We are seeking a Teaching Content Creator to bridge the gap between academic expertise and digital engagement. You are not just a writer; you are an educator who understands pedagogy. You will be responsible for scripting, recording, and structuring educational content that feeds into our AI-driven learning modules.

Your goal is to translate complex topics into digestible, engaging, and high-retention video lessons, interactive quizzes, and text-based resources that help students master their subjects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Scripting

· Develop high-quality educational scripts for video lessons, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and an engaging narrative flow.

· Create supporting learning materials including study guides, practice problems, flashcards, and assessments.

· Structure content into logical "learning paths" that align with CampusOne.ai’s curriculum standards.

2. On-Camera Teaching & Delivery

· Record video lessons with high energy and clarity, utilizing modern visual aids (digital whiteboards, slides, animations).

· Adapt teaching styles to fit the medium (short-form videos, deep-dive tutorials, and quick-tip content).

· Maintain a consistent publishing schedule for content modules.

3. AI Integration & Optimization

· Collaborate with the engineering team to "teach" the CampusOne.ai algorithm by providing structured data and tagging for content.

· Review AI-generated content and explanations to ensure pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy.

· Utilize analytics to understand student drop-off points and iterate on content to improve retention rates.

4. Instructional Design

· Apply proven teaching methodologies (e.g., scaffolding, spaced repetition, active recall) to digital content.

· Ensure all content is inclusive, accessible, and caters to diverse learning styles.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Haves:

· Teaching Background: Proven experience as a teacher, tutor, or professor with a deep understanding of how students learn. You know how to hold attention and simplify complex concepts.
