Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain products or services, and convert leads into sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.

  Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

  Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales or appointments.

  Maintain customer database and update records regularly.

  Handle customer objections calmly and effectively.

  Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

  Work closely with the sales team for coordination and closures.

  Maintain a polite and professional tone during all calls.

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

  Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.

  Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

  Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred).

  Confident, patient, and target-oriented.
