## Job Description

Saki Redolence Institute is looking for a **Tele Sales Executive** to manage and convert leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp and other marketing channels for our **Candle Making and Soap Making Workshops**.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-driven and excellent at customer communication and follow-ups.

## Main Responsibilities

* Handle **all incoming leads** for candle and soap-making workshops.

* Call new leads promptly and understand their requirements.

* Explain workshops, fees, locations, dates and inclusions.

* Convert enquiries into **paid workshop bookings**.

* Follow up consistently with interested and pending leads.

* Handle customer objections regarding price, dates, location and competition.

* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

* Achieve monthly **conversion and revenue targets**.

* Coordinate with the team for confirmed bookings.

## Key Tasks

**Daily:**

* Call all new leads.

* Follow up with existing/pending leads.

* Send workshop calendars and details on WhatsApp.

* Update lead status and next follow-up.

* Close bookings and collect pre-booking payments.

* Maintain daily sales/conversion reports.

**Candidate should have:**

* Excellent communication skills.

* Sales and convincing ability.

* Good Hindi, English and Marathi.

* Strong follow-up discipline.

* Experience handling digital/Meta leads preferred.

* Target-oriented approach.

**Primary KPI:**

**Lead Conversion → Paid Booking → Revenue Generated**
