Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for residential flats.

Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Explain project details, flat configurations, pricing, payment plans and available offers to customers.

Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper customer records.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.

Conduct property/project presentations and assist customers during site visits.

Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences and suggest suitable flats.

Convert enquiries and site visits into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain daily call reports, lead status and follow-up records.

Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Stay updated about project specifications, inventory, pricing and competitor projects.
