- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain Home Credit products, offers, and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for application processing.
- Follow company policies and sales procedures.
