Trainer

Product Trainer / AI Software Trainer

We are hiring a Product Trainer who will deeply understand our portfolio of AI software products and make those products easy for employees, customers and partners to understand.

Your job is not merely to deliver presentations. You will become an internal product expert.

Responsibilities

- Learn every assigned software product in depth.

- Understand features, workflows, use cases and limitations.

- Convert technical information into simple explanations.

- Train sales, customer-support, marketing and other employees.

- Conduct new-employee product onboarding.

- Conduct customer demonstrations and training sessions when required.

- Create training documents, FAQs, walkthroughs and internal knowledge material.

- Stay updated whenever products or features change.

- Test employees' product understanding.

- Collect questions from employees/customers and improve training material.

- Coordinate closely with product and engineering teams.

Who We Are Looking For

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to learn technology quickly.

- Ability to explain complicated concepts in extremely simple language.

- Comfortable speaking Hindi and English.

- Comfortable conducting individual and group training.

- SaaS/software training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding a complex AI product and explaining it differently to a salesperson, customer-support executive, business owner and technical employee.
