About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands storytelling, visual communication and the nuances of digital content.

You will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form videos across social media platforms, websites and other digital requirements. From social media reels and brand films to website videos and campaign content, you'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media formats.
• Edit long-form videos such as interviews, podcasts, brand films, promotional videos and website content.
• Understand the brief, concept and objective behind every video before beginning the edit.
• Work on transitions, sound design, colour correction, subtitles, motion graphics and overall visual storytelling.
• Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms, formats and specifications.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Organise project files, raw footage, assets and final exports systematically.
• Stay updated with editing styles, formats and evolving trends in digital content.

Role Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. Premier pro is a must.
• A good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, sound and transitions.
• Ability to work on both short-form and long-form video content.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Dedication and ownership: someone who follows through on commitments and doesn't wait to be chased.
• Must have a personal laptop suitable for video editing and remote work.
• Must be comfortable travelling to Navi Mumbai twice a week for in-office work.
• Plus PointsPrior experience working with a digital marketing agency or handling multiple brand requirements.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation and advanced editing techniques.
• Experience with AI voiceover tools such as ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of social media trends, content formats and platform-specific video requirements.
• A portfolio showcasing previous editing work.
