Job role: Transaction monitoring and anti- money laundering voice process.

AML process + customer query resolution.

Experienced candidates preferred.

*Fraud Containment Unit.*

1. Conducting near real time transaction monitoring using Fraud Management System like Clari5 for Digital Banking. VRM (Visa Risk Management) for Debit Card & NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) for UPI

2. Analyzing fraud trend reports across various product channel including Digital Banking, Debit Card UPI which help to maintain risk in future.

3. Collaborate with acquiring banks and merchants to manage reversal and dispute processes for identified fraudulent transactions.

4. Guiding customers through the dispute process and providing insights on fraud trends going on.

Shift Timing : Only Morning Rotational

Week Offs : 1 Rotational off

Salary upto 23k to 32k CTC (Depends on interview)
