Job Description

Company Name: IKAMATE HR India Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Counter Sales Execuitve II MAll Staff

Education: 12th Pass

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000/- CTC

Job Timing: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers at the sales counter.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions.
  • Handle counter sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Manage billing, cash/payment transactions, and maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain proper product display and ensure shelves/racks are well organized.
  • Handle basic store inventory and stock management.
  • Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
  • Assist in receiving, counting, and arranging new stock.
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.


Candidate ProfileQualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Retail Sales / Counter Sales / Store Handling

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/- CTC

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
