Key Responsibilities

  • Picking up orders: Collecting items from local hubs, warehouses, or partner stores.
  • Navigating routes: Planning the fastest paths using GPS and delivery apps.
  • Dropping off packages: Handing items to recipients at their doors, verifying IDs, and gathering signatures.
  • Handling payments: Collecting cash on delivery (COD) or processing digital transactions.
  • Communicating: Calling customers to confirm addresses or resolve delivery issues
