Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Plant Head to independently handle complete plant operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily production planning and target achievement
  • Quality control, rejection and rework reduction
  • Manpower, contractor and supervisor management
  • Stores, material planning and dispatch coordination
  • Maintenance, safety and housekeeping
  • Daily MIS reporting to management

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / BE Mechanical or Production preferred
  • 8–15 years manufacturing experience
  • Experience in FRP, automotive components, fabrication, plastic or paint shop preferred
  • Strong shop floor control and manpower handling
  • Basic Excel and reporting knowledge required
