South Indian Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as sambar, rasam, avial, poriyal, upma, dosa batter, etc.
• Plan and execute daily menus with consistency and quality
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Cook in large quantities for corporate meals or tiffin services
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely meal preparation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a bulk/commercial kitchen
• Expertise in South Indian cuisine
• Ability to handle large-scale cooking (500+ meals/day)
• Knowledge of spices, traditional methods, and regional flavors
• Team player with time management skills

Indian Dessert Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional Indian sweets like gulab jamun, kheer, jalebi, laddoo, halwa, etc.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation across large batches
• Manage dessert planning for daily meals and special events
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols
• Innovate and suggest seasonal or fusion dessert options

Requirements:

• Experience as a dessert cook in a catering or sweet shop environment
• Skill in both traditional sweets and bulk preparation
• Familiarity with cost-effective production
• Attention to detail in taste, texture, and shelf-life of desserts
